1. Information We Collect

We collect information across two distinct categories: platform account management and real-time ad auction execution.

A. Platform Account Data (Publishers & Advertisers)

• Account Identifiers: Name, email address, and profile photo authenticated securely via Google Sign-In.
• Financial & Payment Credentials: Transaction verification references (via Paystack API), bank routing details, and withdrawal configurations.
• Tax & Compliance Declarations: Country of tax residency, Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN/SSN/NIN), entity classification, and W-8BEN/W-9 equivalent certifications required for global publisher payouts.

B. Ad Serving, Telemetry & AI Processing Data (End-Users)

When an ad delivered by Connectgold is rendered on a publisher's website or mobile WebView, our edge engine (broad-brook-39f4.trustconnect713.workers.dev) automatically processes telemetry to evaluate auction bids, prevent fraud, and render contextually matching native ads:

• Network & Device Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses (used exclusively for geo-targeting, frequency capping, and bot detection), browser user-agents, and viewport dimensions.
• Coarse Location Data: Country and region headers processed at Cloudflare Edge nodes without storing pinpoint GPS coordinates.
• Contextual Webpage Signals: Non-personal page titles and content tags processed via edge vector embeddings (Workers AI BGE model) to match relevant ads without cross-site tracking.
• Interaction Metrics: Ad impression events, click timestamps, placement IDs, and rotation interval flags.

2. Advertiser Guidelines & Prohibited Content Categories

Connectgold maintains high network quality standards. All advertisers must ensure their submitted ad creative, copy, links, and landing pages comply with our policies. The following categories of advertisements are strictly prohibited on Connectgold:

• Adult & Dating Services: Any form of dating apps, adult content, escort services, or explicit material.
• Unauthorized Gambling: Online casinos, betting services, or gambling promotions that lack explicit legal authorization in the targeted jurisdiction.
• Misleading & Fake Information: False news, deceptive claims, clickbait tactics, or exaggerated financial promises.
• Misleading AI Content: Deceptive synthetic media, deepfakes, or unauthorized AI impersonations of public figures or entities.
• Political Campaigns: Political ads, election advocacy, or partisan political messaging.
• Malware & Phishing: Any creative linking to malicious downloads, unwanted software, or unauthorized credential collection pages.

3. Advertiser Legal Compliance & Strict No-Refund Policy

Advertisers using Connectgold must adhere to the following binding financial and legal provisions:

• Compliance with Regional Laws: Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their ads and landing pages comply fully with the national and local laws of all countries where their ads are served. Connectgold shall not be held liable or responsible for any regulatory violations incurred by advertisers in their respective or target jurisdictions.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All advertisement payments, deposits, and campaign expenditures made on Connectgold are final and non-refundable once a transaction is successfully processed. Advertisers are encouraged to review campaign parameters prior to funding.

4. Publisher Integration & User Consent Responsibilities

Publishers integrating Connectgold ad tags or SDKs into their websites or mobile applications must comply with the following operational conditions:

• Consent Mechanism Responsibility: Publishers are strictly responsible for implementing and managing user consent mechanisms (e.g., CMP banners or GDPR/NDPR consent toggles) on their digital properties, correctly transmitting consent signals (e.g., consent=1 or gdpr_consent) to Connectgold endpoints.
• Integrity of Integration Documentation: Publishers must utilize Connectgold tag codes, documentation, and SDK calls as explicitly provided. Any unauthorized modification, tampering, or alteration of Connectgold code tags, ad scripts, or platform documentation will result in immediate publisher account suspension, forfeiture of accrued earnings, and potential network blacklisting.

5. Privacy Compliance (GDPR, CCPA & NDPR)

Connectgold adheres strictly to major global data protection frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR):

• EEA / UK Regional Consent Enforcement: In the EEA and UK, Connectgold requires explicit consent parameters (consent=1 or consent=0). If consent is denied, ad delivery is automatically blocked.
• Zero Behavioral Profiling: We do not track users across un-affiliated third-party websites or construct persistent consumer behavioral profiles. Edge caching via AI Gateway maintains strict 1-hour expiration limits (TTL).

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Infrastructure

We never sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party data brokers. Information is processed exclusively by trusted infrastructure providers necessary for network operations:

• Payment Rails: Paystack API for handling campaign deposits and automated local bank transfers.
• Edge Compute & AI Gateway: Cloudflare Workers, Workers AI, Vectorize, and Workers KV for executing edge auctions, caching AI prompts, and managing account balances.
• Client-Side Analytics (Optional): Publisher-enabled measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Plausible, Mixpanel) receive non-sensitive impression events directly from the user's browser.

7. Security & Data Retention

All platform API communications are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3. API secret keys and verification handlers reside securely inside isolated Cloudflare Worker runtime environments. Account credentials remain active while your account is in good standing.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to inspect, correct, or request deletion of personal account data held on Connectgold. Account holders can update or delete profile details by reaching out to our compliance team.
